Broker's Remarks

'Maraluna' is truly an exceptional sailboat being offered for sale. Fully equipped with a full sized Northern Lights generator with ONLY 770 hours on her and a Yanmar main engine with less than 1000 hours on that too. Two private owners from new and kept until November 2013 up in Annapolis MD.  Fully air conditioned, high end options and kept in truly beautiful condition. This is a 'turn key' vessel if you have ever seen one and in one of the best conditions I have ever seen. A true credit to both her owners, who want her sold this season.

(3 Cabin / 2 Head)

Starting forward in the master cabin is the double V berth and ensuite head to port.  There are hanging side lockers with a vanity and separate stool to starboard. The ensuite head includes a separate shower stall.

Aft of the forward cabin in the main salon to port is the C shaped dining settee surrounding the dining table.  A lee cloth is permanently installed under port settee in order to have an additional single berth.  To starboard, there is one large seat inboard for additional comfort.

Aft of the dining area to port is the L shaped galley with the sink forward followed by the stove.  Opposite to starboard is the forward facing chart table with separate seat.  Further aft of the navigation station is the aft head complete with sink base, toilet and separate shower stall.

The two mirrored aft cabins have hanging locker outboard followed by the double beds.
