Broker's Remarks

Superior comfort, tremendous livability and ease of handling are all hallmarks of this late model Hunter, both sleeping cabins are amazingly spacious with the aft cabin really creating a new standard for comfort and space on a 50’ monohull.

Nautical Dreams has been very lightly used by her owners, having not been commissioned until late in 2012 and shows it. She also received a complete suite of fresh electronics in 2013 that still show as brand new. Her additional and valuable upgrades are really too numerous to list here but are highlighted in the detail with their year of installation. This is a very heavily equipped boat with almost every option available plus many more that are customized to this vessel; she is actively enjoyed by her owners here in the BVI, and when not being enjoyed by them, is cared for by a good private yacht management company.

If you are looking for a really well equipped, competitively priced and really comfortable boat in this size range then I highly recommend a viewing of this great boat!  Contact the listing broker, Chris Simpson at chris@bviyachtsales.com or call our office!

(2 Cabin / 2 Head)

Starting forward in the extremely comfortable guest cabin is a centerline queen bed with two cupboards below the bed and a separate drawer with cupboard unit to starboard.  There are shelved units above the bed and extra seating to port.  To starboard is the ensuite head and sink, opposite and to port is a separate shower compartment with teak seat, there is a hanging locker forward of the shower unit. Aft along the bulkhead is an additional hanging locker with two drawers below with the television and stereo mounted above.

Aft of the forward cabin in the main salon, to port is a full length settee with shelving above outboard, this can be used an additional single sleeping berth as required. Opposite and to starboard is the dining area with C shaped settee surrounding the dining table and bench seating inboard.  A television is mounted along the forward bulkhead for additional entertainment and a shelved unit with cupboard forward allows for additional storage. The dining table can be lowered to provide another queen bed if required.

Aft to port is the navigation station which has a forward facing, very comfortable, navigator’s seat.  There is a cupboard below the chart table for storage of charts and guides.  All instrumentation and communication systems are mounted outboard. To starboard is the U shaped galley with sinks most forward and counter space either side, followed by the stove with ventilation hood outboard. The fridge and the two freezers are aft with more work surfaces in this area also. There are several cupboards outboard of the work space and a shelved unit above the cupboards.  The microwave is built into the aft bulkhead and above the cupboards.

Aft of the navigation station is a full height closet that houses the washer dryer below and shelved storage space above. Further aft and to port is the aft ensuite head that is accessed from the private master stateroom walk thru corridor, it contains a completely separate stand up shower stall with teak seat.  The owner’s cabin is most aft with a queen bed with padded head board and with inner spring mattress and bedding package central in this enormous cabin, below the bed is a Jet Tub. The master cabin also features (2) Karadon end tables, a cedar lined walk in closet to starboard and forward, a full length mirror, (7) custom locking baskets and cedar chest with storage, 6 drawers, 3 bins, a Chase Lounge chair to port, a dressing settee to starboard and a vanity desk and mirror to port. This cabin is particularly well ventilated with many opening ports and hatches.
